"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change"
-Carl R. Rogers

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I have worked in the field of Social Work for over two decades. I am currently working in private practice in downtown Davidson, where I provide individual, couples, and family therapy.

If you have stumbled upon a difficult time in your life or have been struggling to find balance, psychotherapy can help you regain your equilibrium. Psychotherapy is an active process that requires participation; there is no magic wand or quick fix that can replace fruitful, restorative work with a qualified theraist. Therapeutic work can help you to better understand your situation and discover effective options to improve your well being.

You may feel alone, stalled, uncertain, or just have a general sense of malaise. Life can be challenging and confusing sometimes. It takes courage to open up and ask for help. Psychotherapy is a professional, knowledge based treatment that can provide beneficial value, support and guidance. The process can be restorative and healing. If you are unsure about reaching out for help, please understand that people seek therapy for a variety of reasons and you do not have to be in a crisis to seek guidance.

My intention is to offer you a confidential space to be yourself, safe from judgement, and free to express yourself without fear of rejection. I welcome all familial, religious, cultural, gender and sexual orientations.
